As your action, you can spend a Fate Point to immediately stabilize a physical consequence of up to Severe severity, as long as that Consequence is due to injury or nonmagical disease (not poison, curses, or the like). This also removes any free invocations of that Consequence your opponents may have accrued but not spent.
