Armored Magician
From Adventure Band
When you cast Magician spells while wearing any kind of physical armor that you're proficient with, the penalties for spellcasting are reduced by 2. That is, you have no penalty to cast spells while wearing light or medium armor, and only a -2 penalty to cast spells while wearing heavy armor.
